can't complete the nonlethal delilah ending

I'm playing as corvo doing ghost/clean hands run and the final mission is bugged for me. When I go into the top of the tower thing and knock out Delilah there's no audio line telling me to put her on the throne and trap her. If I do put her on the throne nothing happens and I can't interact with emily. I've tried knocking out the duplicates she has on the map and I've reloaded and done the entire mission over again but neither worked, thanks in advance for any advice on how to fix this.

Did you make corrupt rune and place it to the throne?

no I did not, is that required to do the nonlethal elimination? I watched some guides on how to do it and none of them mentioned that.

Yeah you have to go into the chapel in the previous level to make the corrupt rune and place it on the throne before you go into the painting to grab her. Not sure but you may be able to go back and do that.

If you want to finish the game without killing dellilah (non-lethal), you definitely need corrupt rune. There is no other way if you don't want to kill Delilah. If you knocked out her and place her to the throne, you can still go to chapel, make corrupt rune and then turn back to throne and place it.

Yes, but I guess exists one way to do it in another manner.
But probably it's a bug.
