(HELP) Bethesda Account

With the new content available i just imagined the new possibilities with the Black and White mode as of for in cinematic stuff. So, normally, i went on to press ctrl to login with my newly created Bethesda Account. I dont know what normally would show up but it seemingly acted like i already logged in with my account there. It gave me 3 Options of Managinc Account or Unlunking it and two other thingies. I tried all of them but none worked so im pretty lost.

You don't need to do anything. Just press ctrl or click it link, so you can play new contents.

The option to turn on Black and White is not in the Bethesda settings. After your account has been linked, you don't need to mess with the Bethesda account anymore. The option is in the menu. Specifically:

Options > Visuals

How do i link the account then ?

If you already hit Ctrl and gave them your email then your account is linked.
