Worth buying runes from the black market?

I want to avoid stealing from the black market unless I'm really pressed on cash and would like to upgrade/unlock certain powers ASAP. That being said, is there about enough money to go around to upgrade only the weapons/gear that I need and still buy runes from the black market? I plan to stay with a stealth run so would assume combat related upgrades might not be necessary.

The amount of money to go around depends entirely on how much time you spend and how good you are at finding loot & coins. If you're good enough at that then yes there is enough money.

By the way, the runes that are available at black markets are literally just the one that is in the window. You can't just buy loads from each store. The one rune can either be bought from the store or stolen from the store.

Thanks for the response. I've been somewhat decent at finding most of the money in each zone. Thus far I'm getting maybe at least 70%+ of what is available. I'm aware one can just steal from the black market but I wanted to avoid locking out those singers by not stealing too much.

In your first playthrough you should get all the ruins you can as they will carry over to the 'new game+'.
