I'd suggest experimenting with the switches for the chandeliers, and use the timepiece to see where you might be able to get to. :)
Yes, there are 3 levers on the right hand balcony, which you're meant to change in order to jump more easily and climb into the ceiling.

I mean okay I'll say: I know that someone managed to get into the 'hidden room' in the Dunwall Tower, with no powers, by repeatedly slamming the jump button and blowing who knows how much time to the effort. But... this area has a very simple set of levers, it's a puzzle room, not a brute force room.
Prove it. Show us the video.
I already used the switches. Dont worry about me, we want to see you jump there without using the switches.
