If you haven't taken Paolo to the Overseers, tuck him somewhere safe, grab the Silvergraph Studio key, take him inside, then go get Byrne. I think until you tuck Paolo in a box or knock out Byrne, you still have the option to turn Paolo over and side with the Overseers. If you don't have the key, from Durante's office, I don't think the no-sides alternative will be on your target list.

False. There's multiple ways to play this level, and it's up to the player to discover those ways and the story that goes with each. Giving any particular path away spoils the game for players who haven't discovered that path.
