[SPOILERS] Mission 7 - Must Stilton be killed or stunned?
I'm asking because it was never part of objectives although doing one or another has direct impact on the game (it changes present). Earlier when I left him alone and went back to manor game started to crash everytime. When I go back to courtyard and stunned him, game stopped crashing and I could continue. So is this crucial?

Can be killed or stunned -with having consequences in the alternate present.

So I had some sort of game related bug as I couldn't play further until go back and stun him. I guess killing would also help with it. I't s weird because game crashed in this mission only.

Knocking him out causes a certain... change. A positive one, in the present. Killing him is just sad and makes you an evil mofo. Leaving him as is changes nothing in the present, as that is basically how it happened until you arrived with your magical time piece thingy.

So if you're a goody two-shoes, you knock him out.
If you're an evil assassin Sith overlord, you kill him.
If you're an indifferent jerk, you leave him alone.

I see, thanks. It is sad that I couldn't choose at least one of these 3 options. Hopefully future patches fix this mission for me.

Hope so too. It's one of the highlights of the game for me, that whole timetravelling map and seeing the consequences right after. :)
