Missing Rune/BoneCharme Level 7
So I cleared that entire level and scoured every last spot on the map and even rechecked the "new" mansion and saw nothing and yet 1 Rune and 3 Bonecharms were left unaccounted for... :(

Anyone else run into that?

If you knocked Stilton unconscious, you will change the future. After going back to the Dust District, there are additional rune and 3 bone charms

I got all those as well which is why I was confused...

I ran into this as well. Picked up all the goodies in the "bad" Dust District, "bad" present mansion, past mansion, "good" present mansion, and "good" Dust District, but the stats screen at the end of the level showed some remaining runes/bone charms. Perhaps there's another way to manipulate the present, or some runes and bonecharms in another timeline which the "good" present precludes and that collecting them all isn't possible in a single run. It could also be a bug. I didn't count the runes and bonecharms as I picked them up so I couldn't verify the stats screen count.

Have you manage to collect the past time runes in that mission??

Already done the mission and able to manage collect all runes and bonecharm in that mission.

hard to offer advice without knowing exactly which charms and runes you already nabbed,

I made sure to check both Past & Present thouroughly before I enacted the Study Scene and then proceded to fleece the mansion and Dust District of all goodies in the "good" timeline.

What was the final stat like? Like 8/9 runes 7/10 bone charms something like that

Yup, I think 4/5 Runes and 7/10 BoneCharms.
