Please help with mission 6

I am trying to "Investigate Durante" in the Overseers' Outpost in chapter 6. I seem to have looked everywhere in the map and I can't find him or any mention of him.

When you walk in the front door of the Overseer's place (where the vice overseer dude is), walk straight to the back, past the desk where an Overseer is, and look left, there is a cell with Durante's body. I believe the key to Durante's room is upstairs in the Vice overseers room on a small desk across the room from the two praying Overseers

Thank you! I got the key but there was no body in the cell (the key is what matters though).
