Grand Palace issue

Ok so im having some problems with my non-leathal playthrough on the grand palace.

Ive already recovered the spirit into the heart.
I knocked out the duke in his apartment, a note in the guard station confirms that he should be the real one.
The double wont talk to me after knocking out his two guards.(he had a chest ley on him if it makes any difference)

how do I get past this point?

I had the same issue - managed to scare the Duke and he wouldn't talk to me. I got around it by Mesmirizing him (summoning a void thingy) - he forgets what's happening and you have a moment where you can talk to him again.

Thanks for the reply I havent bothered playing since then partially because I didnt want to replay the mission

If you have an issue where th a Duke won't speak to you because he's scared, it's possible he can see a body (dead or unconscious).

I had this issue, and had to ensure I removed all bodies from sight before he'd talk to me. Once he can't see any he's suddenly ok to talk. :)
