1- shoot its head off with a bolt, downside it will attack random guards and such so it will kill others.
2- upgrade stun mine so it has 3 charges, place the mine in path it walks it will destroy it for you
3- rewire tool on the leg, but will attack guards and others soon.
those are the three quite ways i know of. if its not walking around just dont make to much noise and it wont wake up
just edited that part, yes it will.
Obviously this is not stealthy if the sound of the explosion alerts others.
I'm guessing if the power is not upgraded to stop time they'll detect you while doing this.

I never touched a CW soldier in my first playthrough. They cannot see to the side. There are always pathways high up: chandeliers, ledges. Do not wake them up. Blink past them.
A fully upgraded stun mine or stun mine with 3 charges is enough to down a soldier. A upgraded springtrap with 2 triggers or 2 spring traps will also down a clockwork soldier on the highest difficulty.
