Dishonored2 dont start with Windows 10

Hi ich brauche mal Hilfe um das DH2 auf dem PC zum Laufen zu bringen..

Win10 , 8GB Ram, AMD RAdeon HD6900 (Treiber 15.301.1901.0)
AMD Proc 3Ghz
2x SSD , Win10 auf SSD; Steam und Dishonored2 auf Laufwerk D (SSD); Update 1.2 installiert; Kompatibilitätsmodus alles gemäss Tipps Deaktiviert; sogar Start als Systemadmin;

Programm Startet... dann wieder Ladebildschirm vom Game dann schaltet es zurück auf PC Steam Seite. Und angeblich läuft das Spiel im Hintergrund.. ist aber im Taskmanager nicht aktiv!
Der PC ist KOMPLETT NEU aufgesetzt !!! Ausser WIN 10 und BF1 ist KEIN anderes Programm Installiert ! Programme und Windowa Guard soweit möglich mit Taskmanager deaktiviert.


Ebenfalls die Installation des games überprüft auf Fehler.. Nichts HILFT..
Ich habe es auch auf einem Asus Laptop installiert.. (auch WIN10) da läuft es auf einmal... Vorher der gleiche Fehler... aber nach 2 Tagen ( und anscheinend das Update 1.1 bzw neuer Grafiktreiber ) ging es plötzlich. Nur auf dem PC bekomme ich es nicht zum laufen.

Jemand noch eine Idee woran es liegen kann ? Ich weiss nicht mehr was ich noch tun kann, und Steam ist da nicht wirklich eine Hilfe...

Windows 10 is not the cause of your problem, however. Install the Beta Patch from the Steam game properties menu (Properties > Updates > Opt in Beta Patch).

He got the 1.2 patch.. learn to read :P

Radeon 6900? Does that even run the game?

Minimum Requirements:
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7970 3GB or better

I have done all off the issues Steam and other told like Kompability and so on.. sw off other Programms and Firewall etc.
i think that Steam is running in Windows Kompability Modus ... i`ve done all to Stopp it but it doesnt help...

There are 2 New SSD s installed and no other Disc. WIN10 is also on SSD C:
Game and Steam is on D: installed.
There are NO other Programms installed until now Only
Dishonored2 and BF1 ( which runs fine) Firefox and Teamviewer

I think that the Radeon HD6900 should work .. even slow...
BF1 runs fine , Yes DH2 is more Hardware hungry... but this should not switch the Game Back during the Game Loading phase..
it switch back to mainscreen after Bethesda Intro and the go to the Load Picture with the Mask... after half loading ... Bling... it goes back to Steam mainscreen

Your Processor and Graphics Card are not capable of running this game - Windows 10 is NOT the problem.

Yeah I don't speak German, and I'm not going to skim read German in order to pick out little bits I might understand, lol.

But @KiaOra could you post more info about your CPU? You listed that you have an AMD chipset. It might be the phenom problem.
