Dishonored 2 has a freaking new game plus mode.

If you play wisely in a single save, you can use that save as the base for your NG+.

That didn't work for me I started a new game and had nothing to start with.

You don't start a new game, you have to have FINISHED fully one game entirely, and then when you click "new game plus" it will ask you what save you want to USE. That one needs to be an actual save GAME, not a new slot with nothing in it.

Still not working for me. I loaded up a complete game save and let run thru the end credits when it went back to the main menu I clicked on "NEWGAME +" and all it asks me is what slot I want to use. It doesn't ask "diddly squat" about what game save I wanted to use just what slot to place the new game in. When in the new game and in side the locked room, I check my inventory and there's nothing PERIOD!

You don't get anything until you talk to the Outsider. YOu have to actually finish the first area in Dunwall and go to bed on the ship, and accept the Mark, to get all the stuff... You will have runes to spend but you can't even see those until you have powers to spend them ON. :)

They don't make that terribly clear anywhere, actually.

So far I've been using a trainer to get all of the Runes and that still doesn't happen till right after accepting the Mark. I tried it your way without using the trainer and all that I got was just the one Rune & Mark.

You did base your ng+ off of a fully run save, right? Of course, once you're using a cheat device all bets are off as to how that's going to affect things.

Got it working but I'm still not getting everything. I don't see the rewire or the sticky granade + who knows what else is missing. I saw a picture of someone else's circle of tools, he had so many that the icons were real small.

You still have to purchase them, you don't get an actual inventory, just the open market blueprints.

Hey guess what.. like I said I finally got it working, plus i waited till I got to the 1st black market then turned on the trainer that I was talking about. The trainer gives me infinate money which then makes the seller display everything that the seller has to sell. In other words I don't have to try to break into the store or have to look around for the seller's key. With the trainer it's like having NG++ The trainer also give me invisibility. I can materialize right in front (face to face) of a guard or witch and watch them freak out. It adds more excitement to the game. I then disapear again and watch them run around looking for me.
