I'm sure you can find some by searching for "dishonored 2 cheat engine table". You'll need to download cheat engine, but that has lots of cheats for many games so it's useful to have.

Dishonored 1 was a lot more fun with infinite mana and the ultimate difficulty mod. I'm sure it's the same for 2, but I haven't tried it because last time I checked the game ran like ass on my pc.

Dishonored 2 has new-game plus in it.

You literally just need to play the game as completely as you can, in order to start a game with everything you'd already played with.

Wemod is an all in one cheat engine for many games including both dishonored games. However, when trying to use it to blink up the tower for the sake of time it did not work. However, it works fine on other games ie: Witcher 3
