I don't understand. Did you honestly expect something different to happen? It's a low spec laptop.
This game is on an *incredibly intense* engine.
It has a hard time running on HIGH end desktops. Play it on a proper desktop with a good cpu and gpu.

I appreciate you may be a peasant with little money. There's no shame in that what so ever. I'm one myself and only recently got got a borderline mid-spec desktop and can barely run it. You'll need to realise some things are going to be unplayable given your circumstances. I know it sucks, believe me I know.

and really you have some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ low standards as many games in your library run like crap and look like crap on the settings you have to use just to make them somewhat playable. I think you are foolish buying modern games especially if they are not heavily discounted as that is money you could put towards a half way decent pc.
