Trouble with "Songs of Serkonos"
As the title says.

Seeing as I didn't get the achievement on any of my 3 first playthroughs, I started a new savefile (Easy - Corvo, with low chaos), just to try to get it.
So what have I done?

1. I have found all three duos in the coresponding missions.
2. Listened to the song they were playing when I found them.
3. Let them start and finish an entirely new song.
4. Watched them both from a little distance and from just meters away (both using spyglass and not).
5. Stolen the lyric sheets (pickpocket) of all 3 duos, after they finished playing.

I have made separate savefiles at each duo and even tried reloading them one by one, just to listen to a few songs.
I have gone as far as leaving the game standing in front of them for 10 min each or so, without touching anything.
I can't seem to understand what the problem is, since I haven't robbed ANY black markets, or upset any of the musicians (listened with weapons sheated and no alarms raised thus far).

This is the only achievement I have left, and it's getting rather tiresome trying to get it after 4 playthroughs (2 Corvo, 2 Emily - both high and low chaos).

Any ideas what I am doing wrong...?

The achievemnet pops up when you leave the final duo.

man playing videogames for achievements is so perverted. You're actually making this work not a hobby.

Where did I say that I am playing for achievements?
I have finished the game 4 times and this is the only achievement I have left, which is annoying.
Is it so strange that I want to get it and fill out the bar 100%...?

It didn't for me, despite listening to a full song.

People have said this achievement is glitched at some points. It's nothing you're doing wrong, it's just a game error.

Ah, I see...
Hopefully it will get fixed in the next patch - thanks for letting me know!

No problem. That's as far as I am aware of though, so if it has changed then my info may be out of date.

Just read that an update is due for January 18, so I hope that will contain a fix for this...

beta users get it the 18... it goes out to public on the 23 (I think). Probably worth getting on the beta if he isn't already.

Start a new game, you have to be up close & undetected/stealthed, wait for the singers to finish, then listen from start to finish & talk to them after. Play through the entire game and see them all 3 times, doing the same thing.

That is literally what I have done, except when I try to talk to them, they don't say anything.
They have stopped playing and lower their instruments for a moment (before playing again), but trying to talk to them does nothing.

I don't think stealing the sheet music is required... but did you pickpocket the ones outside the black market in the Grand Palace mission?

Yeah, taking their sheets is probably not required (at least I haven't read anything about it).
But I took them after listening to a few songs, just to be sure I had done everything I could.
Yes, I think I did - but only after listening.
