if you play all killy killy it might be shorter; sneaky sneak might be longer.

I don't care for achievements. It took me ten hours to beat the campaign of D1 on the hardest difficulty and an all stealth playthrough. This is was taking my time to enjoy the game and I explored each part of every level as well.
Depends... if you seek all items, and want to do a clean hand/shadow run, it might take a long time, from 25 to more than 40 hrs if you're a completionist. However if you rush in through, following the objectives and nothing else, you can be done in less than 2 hours. The game has replayability though.
