How do you use the heart on Delilah? HELP ?

Im so confused on what to do with the heart.. it says just use the heart on her. But when I approach her the heart does nothing?

Can someone give me a spoilerless answer? And by spoilerless I mean story spoiler. If im missing something then let me know.

edit- ok I crafted the corrupt rune but now nothing happens still.. idk what to do.

Where is she when you're attempting to use it? She has to be standing in front of her painting, you click the heart and it spits her soul back out. When you craft the rune, it goes on the throne, there's a glowy spot for it. Don't fight her, if you can help it, because that will just lead to you dying a lot ;)

Go up to her and press right click with the heart out, she should get her soul back. Then you have to go inside of the painting and knock her out. Then you have to go back into the painting to get into the throne room and place her on the throne.

it was right click ! Idk how I was missing that, and well she was standing in fron to the painting but after about 10 save reloads she sat in her throne and thats when I did the heart thing.

So now im in the painting... fun

No, theres a non lethal way and a lethal way. The lethal way is when you just kill her, the non lethal way is when you craft a corrupt rune and place it on the throne. Then you knock out delilah and place her on the throne so she gets trapped in the painting.

Be sure to FULLY EXPLORE the painting when you're in it. There are some... um, spots you'll need to see to get er done.

FOUND IT ! Also I beat the game without getting spotted, no kills, no powers on hard :)

Have you "used the heart" at all in the game? If not, you've missed out on lore. Using the heart means putting the cursor over someone while holding it and then pressing the mouse button to squeeze it, it then talks about the person or location.

I have not used it on anyone, i did all the tough achievements in one run. Im going to replay the game a few times and better understand it.

Yeah you can right-click the heart when it's pointing at someone, to find out little secrets about them, as well as the people you're working with / against. There are a LOT of tidbits you glean out of this. Also, the chaos level can be affected by who you might choose to kill or spare, based on the heart's comments. Some people deserve killing, others don't. :)

Also - if you do a HIGH chaos run (*corvo's*), pay CLOSE attention to the way the heart behaves toward Corvo... omg. Made me feel like a total horrible cad.
