Ghostly: Finished an entire mission without being spotted
Alternative Approach: Finished an entire mission with no casualties
Shadow: Finished the game without being spotted
In Good Conscience: Completed the game in low chaos
Clean Hands: Completed the game without killing anyone
Silence: Eliminated Jindosh without him ever knowing you were there
Under the Table: Obtained Stilton’s Master Key from under the table, with the guards there conscious & unalerted
...and maybe some others as well, which require low-chaos approach anyway. Do you feel there should be more so that the experience was more rewarding? I don't think there are remarkably more achievements which are related to high-chaos ways (compared with stealth/non-lethal). All in all, it's not possible to get all achievements in a single playthrough.
I cleansed the Addermire Institute quite sneaky and earned myself the "Alternative Approach" achievement. I will much likely finish the game "In good Conscience".
Other achievements like Ghostly, Shadow or Clean Hands are what i would like to achieve- but i'm not that good at this point.
DH1 awarded me with the "Chirurg" achievement for killing only 3 (less than 10) until i approached Kaldwin Bridge. To be honest, when you have such a low killcount at this point you wont need to pitch that up much at all. That achievement is a nice step in between anyways and so far it seems DH2 has no such equivalent.
I thought the same. At this point i'm not sure if it's easier by design or how much it depends on difficulty.
My first Playthrough is "Easy". Number of guards, their awareness and stuff could possibly still change when i set difficulty higher. No?
What definetly makes DH2 easier until now (Machine House, Upper City) is its leveldesign. Dunwall was never that open and accessible during the time of the plague. If there are guards and patrols, you can circumvent them in almost every situation. You only need to come close if you seek for loot or a very specific passage.
