Can't seem to find then blueprint upgrades in my journal?

If you have collected them and you have not murdered the shopkeeper you could always check in with the shopkeeper and a little notification will tell you what new upgrades you have unlocked. If your really interested on doing it on the fly then I don't know what to tell you as there is no universal inventory.
