Should I get this on PC or console?
I want it to run smoothly, obviously, and I also have an Xbox One. Based on my specs, would it be better to go with console or is PC fine? I've heard things about the games port, we all have, so I'm curious what you all think. My specs:

Intel Core i5 6th Gen 6300HQ (2.30 GHz)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M

32 GB Memory 256 GB SSD

Which ever you find for cheaper. Bundle Stars has Dishonored 2 for 28$ right now. So if you buy the PC version, I suggest you lock the fps to 30 or 45.

I would say console. I almost never condone first persons for console because a mouse is several thousand times more sensitive and precise than thumb sticks but I found Dishonored to be the exception. The aim assist is actually made really well, the best I've seen. Even without it your pistol is very short ranged and more shotgunny anyway so pinpoint accuracy is less important. The console version will run better and will honestly have the same graphics as the PC version when you take into account all the bugs on PC and the toning down as a result.

If you had access to a better PC with something better than a 1060 then get PC but that doesnt seem to be an option. i know a 1050ti with a i7 5960x gets 34fps so not sure what a 960m would get as it would be much lower than that.
