There's a part of the game where he says the same phrase he says in thief in the same sort of situtation too, it'll really get you :) Credit to the writer for that part.
He also did Codsworth and Nick Valentine in Fallout 4 as well as lots of other characters, various important voices in System Shock 2 and several other games. Really talented voice actor and seems to turn up in the games i love.
He actually does have multiple roles in multiple video games. Like Semipalmated Plover said, he played both Codsworth and Nick Valentine in Fallout 4 (along with a host of other characters), he had several different roles in Skyrim, and even in Thief, while he's most famous for playing Garrett (who essentially sounds like a younger version of Corvo) he also played:
