In past games, all achievements had to be on the same in-game profile. Please check your game profile/player if it has all achievements on it. (If all medals/amulets are lit/active.)

I use one profile. All achievements take in this profile.

Then I sadly don't know. Maybe it secretly does want all the eggs/egg-shaped collectables without telling you. Or it's broken at the moment.

I already finished it some time ago, but I currently play the Windows Store version of this game, and there now is a bug in it that wasn't before. So maybe it happened here, too. Sorry for being no help.
