Application load error 5:0000065434 [Solved]

This is the first time I've come across this error. This error stand for copyright error, which is funny because I bought this game on Steam. Has anybody else experienced the same problem? I've searched the Internet and some of the suggested solutions didn't work for me. What can I do to make this game working?

What have you tried so far? Have you verified the game file integrity? Tried an exception in virus scanner?

It works now. I've removed it and reinstall it and that fixed it. I wonder what broke it in the first place, because I already played the game, so this looks very odd to me.

Probably a file being corrupted or infected with malware.

I had this too - the problem was that the game files were not in the same folder as the Steam executable files. Once I reinstalled the files in my C drive and ran Steam as an administrator, everything worked fine. This site helped me find the issue: https://appuals.com/fix-application-load-error-50000065434/
