Let's see...Namco Musuem Virtual Arcade included 34 games. In fact, these games are the exact same as Virtual Arcade, with maybe some slightly updated sidebar graphics.
Namco Virtual Arcade was $29.99 MSRP. At $3.99 per game on Steam, if they released all 34 games from Virtual Arcade it would cost $135.99. At 25% discount for the bundle assuming there was one or it was possible to purchase it, it would still cost over a hundred dollars.
And Virtual Arcade included Galaga, Galaga 88, Galaga Arrangement, Galaga Legions and Galaxian.
What gives?
Yeah.. I would imagine that we will see all the games that were released in Namco Museum (on psx) might be released to steam at some point... but i also think they will need a front-end to support having them as a single collection.
