Black Screen with White Box - Dig Dug, Galaga, & Pac Man

I know that there are other people who have discussed something like this before, but after I press Enter to start Dig Dug, Galaga, or Pac Man, I'm met with a black screen and a white box in the middle. I've shared a link to a screenshot, hopefully this works:

Also, my window is very small compared to what I've seen on other people's computers and I don't know how to change it.

If anyone needs to know some specs, I have Microsoft Surface Book 2, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, and my Graphics card is Intel UHD Graphics 620 with 4GB GPU memory. Thanks!

I have the same problem but large white box and haven't found a solution for it.
