help: how to build colossal solar panel or massive biodome?

i've acquired all the techs, but i'm not able to build any colossal solar panel or goliath wind turbine, or massive biodome etc.

You build those like you build any of the other buildings: with enough room and sufficient resources

You hsvr to chose the basuc version and make them bigger with your mouse wheel.

Just select a regular wind turbine or solar panel and use the mouse wheel to scroll to the largest size
