Clearing out recycled resources.

I wish there was a way to force robots to clear out resources outside of the base. They tend to ignore them, and then you can't build over the spot because the resources are in the way.

Or maybe make it so you can build over resources outside the base, and make them included in the build resources. Otherwise, it's annoying waiting for someone to come clean it up.

mod the game. all of the needed files are located over at nexusmods. once u get the free building mod installed, which doesnt make construction free, but lessens restrictions on placement it will let u build on resources, also another positive if the building gets finished before the stuff gets moved out of the way, then it just ennds up inside instead of outside, and u need a storage room to get the spare stuff out of the way.

The quick fix I use is simply to order the construciton of a building that needs those resouces elsewhere. The bots will then collect the nearest resources available to deliver to your new construction site, clearling the real site by consequence.

Once they have cleared the real construciton site, cancel your fake one and place the right one where you want it.

My problem is I'm late in my base life, so they get it from the storage before the spare stuff.

I usually fnd they get it from the nearest location to the building. Just make sure they don't begin the construction before you cancel it.

the free building mod will help with placing buildings on the resources and the developers made these mods so they work.
