Report a translation problem
I'm sorry to hear about this problem, and I will look into it. As it is quite a rare issue, we are trying to gather as much information as possible to help us narrow down what the cause might be. If you are able to try the following and let me know the results, it would help us a lot.
1. Has the game worked for you previously, or have you never been able to start a game?
2. If it did work previously, how far had you progressed through the game? Are you able to load your previous save games?
3. From the game's main menu, are you able to enter the Settings menu, change values, and go back to the main menu?
4. From the PS4 Home Screen, go to "Settings -> Storage -> System Storage". How much Free Space is reported?
5. Still in the System Storage menu, go to "Saved Data" and scroll through to find Planetbase. How much storage is in use by Planetbase's Save Data?
A. Back up your Planetbase save data to a USB device:
- Insert a USB storage device into the PS4.
- From the PS4 Home Screen, go to "Settings -> Application Saved Data Management"
- Go to "Saved Data in System Storage -> Copy to USB Storage Device".
- Locate Planetbase in the list and press X.
- Highlight "Select All" and press X, then highlight "Copy" and press X.
B. Delete Planetbase save data from the PS4:
- After the copy completes, you will be returned to the "Saved Data in System Storage" menu.
- Go to the "Delete" menu.
- Locate Planetbase in the list and press X.
- Highlight "Select All" and press X, then highlight "Delete" and press X.
C. Try playing Planetbase
- Run Planetbase from the home screen.
- Start a new game and check if the problem persists.
D. Restore your save games:
- "Settings -> Application Saved Data Management"
- Go to "Saved Data on USB Storage Device -> Copy to System Storage"
- Locate Planetbase in the list and press X.
- Select all save games, but leave "User Profile" unticked.
- Highlight Copy and press X.
If you try this, please let me know if you were able to load the game after step C. And if you still couldn't load the game, please let me know that too. It's all useful information that can help us in our investigations!
Thank you!
