Is the "Stargazer" acievement currently bugged ?

I have five telescopes. I have five telescope monitoring desks. They all have two engineers sat at them. I didn't get the "Stargazer" achievement. Is it bugged ? Do I have to do something more ?

I think the problem is in the definition of 'Operational'. To be operational I suspect a telescope has to have an engineer actually sat at a Telescope Control Terminal operating it. So, in effect, five telescopes with five engineers sitting at control consoles operating them at the same time.

If you only have five telescope monitoring desks that can be a problem, as engineers are always wandering off to eat, drink or sleep. I usually have two desks per telescope, e.g. 10 x Telescope Monitoring Desks and 10 x Engineers. That way if one or two get thirsty it doesn't matter.

I had 5 of each when I posted that, though i had specifically checked that each desk had two engineers all at the same time, which is why I posted.

After your reply I built another telescope, making 6, then kept building desks. Just as I positioned the ninth desk the achievement showed up. So I gess the program erquires the desks to all be manned for 5 seconds in a row or something.
