100% Bug

Alright so, most likely, if you're reading this, you know what I'm talking about. Whenever I collect every single item like heart containers, color buddies, puzzles, it should usually go onto a loading screen and then give you master tools (Mainly for the master key which can open any lock) and I did this a while ago on my mobile device multiple times, but recently I have gotten stuck on the loading screen, I try to close the game and pray it gives them to me, it doesn't. Please help.
