2 Big issues

So, the NPC Branon seems to have dissapeared for the "Protection Money" Quest. The game seems to thing he's just a bit south of the camp but when I go there, he isn't there.

The second issue is that I've found all the sword fragments - one from Dorgans corpse, one from Craig (which I bought) one in a chest in the swamp, one from Brogan and one from Luis, but there's only 4 in my inventory? The chest is empty, Dorgans corpse is no longer there, I've exhausted Luis' conversation options, Brogan wont even speak to me and there's no option relating to the sword from Craig. Any help?

Branon probably fell through the texture into a dungeon. You can only get to him by using the teleport cheat. Since you cannot leave that place at this point you have to teleport out, too.

Brogar has the fifth fragmant. You can only get it by

a) attack him without a reason, beat him and take his stuff. But a lot of people won't like you after that and you need some joke spells for all the people. Besides it will probably fail you some quests

b) Follow the swamp camp quest line and at some point you can challenge him to a fight. If you do it this way you can beat him and you can take all items from his inventory without anyone making a fuss about it.

I Tried using the teleport command but it says Branon doesn't exist? and I'll have to try fighting Brogar then

Ah, Branon is the localized name for the english version of the game. Try to teleport to Danny. That's the original name. And don't ask me why somebody at PB or the Publisher felt the need to rename Danny. Makes no sense to me either.

And regarding Brogar. I think you get the hints to challenge him to a duell from Sam and the guy where you can make arrangements for the arena fights.

I've already beaten him in the arena but didn't take the sword from him (I have morals) Is there another way to get the sword from him? He still won't speak to me

Since your "morals" stopped you from doing what was necessary there is no other way than to lure him away from the camp and beat him up where nobody is watching and then take the item you need.

You can do it by simple drawing your sword in front of him. Wait until he gets aggroed over it then run outside the camp while he is following you. Outside the camp you can beat him up and nobody will care.

Both of these helped, thanks! I teleported to "Danny" and he was stuck in a dungeon. How he got there, I'll never know. I also led Brogar out and fought him there. Thanks! ^-^

You can also get Brogar's fragment by pickpocketing him. I think you only need pickpocketing level 1 to do it.
