Das Spiel startet nicht / Blackscreen

Nach dem Starten des Spiels (unabhängig welche der Startoptionen im sich öffnenten Steam-Fenster), habe ich nur einen Blackscreen und nichts weiter passiert.

Wie lange hast du denn gewartet? Ich muss etwa 1 Minute warten bis das THQ Logo erscheint.

If you had any mods installed before the update, please press Windows key + R key and paste the following:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/
Delete the "Risen" folder in there.

Also, if you are trying to launch the game from a desktop shortcut, try launching it through Steam instead. It should give you the choice whether you want to play with k/m or controller.
After you do this once, the shortcut should work too.

Set Windows display to exactly 100%:
Windows Settings > System > Display > Scale and layout > 100% (Recommended)
OR alternatively:
exe compat tab, checking the override high dpi scaling check that box to application works the same as 100% scaling on normal 1080 monitors

for Windows 7 users: go to Windows\System32 and copy xinput1_3.dll to \Steam\steamapps\common\Risen\bin\ directory, rename it to xinput1_4.dll

Thank's Mate - was maybe an old save or something (no mods).
