How should Risen be pronounced?
Should it be pronounced as Risen(in past form) or as "R(a)isen"?

There's not really a 'should be' involved. There's only one word spelled 'risen' in the English language and that's the past participle of the verb 'to rise'. It's pronounced the same in BE and AE:

I think most people will just say "ree-sen". Someone with a particular accent may say 'rise-n' instead.
