doubt: Find the golden bowls quest (spoilers)

Hi everyone, really enjoying playing risen for the first time. Let s see if you can help me :)

I have the 3 golden bowls allready and I talked to the brother that is being held in Don´s house to help him get release. Also I allready talked to his 2 brother that are waiting for him in the meeting place. My doubt is whether or not I can make the family reunion happen if I give the bowls to Scordo. I tried completing the quest through him but the family reunion quest got canceled after that. So am I missing something or the reunion is not posible unless I give the bowls to Carasco?

By the way I completed the family heirloom quest and helped Weasel following Garth. I see I have the chance to rat them out to the inquisition. Now If Im gonna side with the Don I wonder if this will have negative consequeces or if it´s just extra xp I can go for and they'll never find out.

you can give the bowls to scordo and still free olf. in these faction quests you'll fail half of them either way when you decide who to talk to. and there's no negative consequences really, the only one I found was the merchant getting angry after that fun quest I had to do to scare him.
