Where's Patty after "the legacy of the great pirate"?

So I found all graves, went to meet that pirate (I'm bad with remembering names), talked to him, killed him, got the map and... now what? I presume that I need to go to Patty but she's nowhere to be found

I think she's either at the pub in town or on the coast near one of the entrances to the town, the one near the beach, not where you can bribe the guard.

She's in neither of those places

that's unfortunate, but it's been years since I played it. you checked the cemetery near the bandit camp as well, I assume, so my only guess is the path nearby leading north. there are some small camps and ruins and eventually a waterfall and other stuff.

I had enough and used console command to teleport to her. She was few meters away closed in basement. How was anyone, playing it withouth cheats, supposed to guess that?

maybe you missed some dialog somewhere, I don't remember having any issues finding her, though I did a lot of back and forth, slowly exploring everything.

Everyone. The pirate tells you he got her locked up as a hostage. You kill him, you get the key from him. (which the key description also tells you it's to unlock her) She is locked up in the ONLY door in the area that is locked and you can't unlock even if you have lock pick level 3 and an unlock scroll. Come on, man.. it was pretty obvious.
You're probably infected by the Bethesda casual RPG virus, in which every quest has a giant floating mark showing you exactly where to go.
