Crystal discs

I'm in Chapter 2, helping the Don, and I'm confused about the crystal discs. I have two of them already (one from helping Patty get her dad's treasure and the other from the eastern temple, but can someone tell me how to get the other three?

Google is your friend. Also, remember that you can look up their location on your map once you have the quest in your log. You may have to talk to an NPC close to that location first, but you'll find that obvious enough once you get there.
