just this witch... literally takes my formations out the window!
lemme know if ye can a screenie of what formation you might use(also note i only have standard characters) no other event ones
ty i guess?
i dont even know what legendaries are (only stock peoples here)
barely any items too :(
no matter what i setup seems the DPS is random as some have gone on missions but some havent..
as most cant be done without buying characters or doing many events
:(
that hurt
and yea my roster is tiny, and i cannot do most of missions as they require lots of event or other such characters.
any sample formations I can look at? for this event?
idle wise or click (atm im not using the click booster) trying to use the same ranking formation as the standard play.. tis not working.
seems the witch doc does nothing in this event (just the front 2) or the 2nd row = bad heal factor
so methinks not to use him this time.
hmm

1 - Atraxes, the Lion - His roar ability is a nice dps buff so at least get him to level 25 to benefit from it. If you have a piece of gear in his first slot get him to 75 in order to take advantage of his savage strikes ability (the first piece of gear make savage strikes also give a global dps buff). And if you have put some idols into the talent Passive Criticals (Each 1% of critical click chance increases DPS by X%) get him to 100 for a 3% critical click bonus.
2 - The Princess - Get her to level one hundred for 4 DPS buffs and firestorm, enough said
3 - See Bottom
4 - Emo Werewolf - Your main Dps for this set-up level this as much as you can, he is stuck away in a corner to minimize the number of crusaders next to him to help his upgrade Lone Wolf.
5 - Prince Sal, the Merman - Get him to level 25 for his upgrade Salt Water Taffy giving a global 10% Dps buff. This guy can also be a great Dps so if you have better gear for him than for emo werewolf you might want to use him instead, that being said I have never used him myself as a Dps so I can't say if he is better or worse than Emo Werewolf at the begining.
6 - Jim the Lumberjack - Get him to level 25 for his sharpen Party ability which gives a 50% DPS boost to crusaders in the same row as him
7 - Detective Cain - Get him to level 50, at level 25 you unlock his active ability magnify which is almost a must have in any formation being able to amplify either firestorm to deal more damage or storm rider to get a bigger dps buff. At level 50 you get his A-Hah! upgrade which give an increase to gold find based on the number of crusaders in his row and his third gear slot in its most basic form it will give you 20% for each crusader in his row so that will be 80% bonus gold
8 - See Bottom
W - The Witch. . .
9 - Sasha the Fierce Warrior - The crusader you need to upgrade the least her one useful upgrade you unlock at level 5, Bulwark it gives crusaders behind her a 30% DPS buff
10 - Thalia, the Thunder King - This guy is a life saver early in the game you are going to want to get him to level 125 as soon as you can, once you hit 125 get his storm rider active ability use it in conjunction with magnify. If you get stuck a before completing the objective this will be what saves you. Also purchase the upgrades Lightning Rod (Monsters attack him more), Godly Healing ( Increase the effect of healing on him by 100%), and Lightning Ore (Global 15% Dps increase)
11 - Merci the Mad Wizard - Get him to level 75, at level 10 get the active ability alchemy not the best ability out there but it is the only source of healing this set-up so can be useful when Thalia is taking a beating, at level 50 get the upgrade Zombie Firends (gives a global 15% Dps boost), and finally at level 75 purchase Deflect Evil (which inflicts a portion of your Dps to every monster on screen based on the number of monsters there are up to 100% of your Dps)
* For postions 3 and 8 of the Set-up the two crusaders I recommend using are Gold Panda and Dark Gryphon the reason why I haven't ecxplictly stated where each of these should go is because there is a particular legendary gear for dark gryphon that can make it give a good dps buff. IF you do happen to have thispiece of gear called OmniFocal Spectacles of Perfect Vision put the Dark Gryphon in slot 3 and Gold Panda in Slot 8 otherwise it is best to have Dark gryphon in slot 8 and Gold panda in slot 3
Dark Gryphon - Get Her to level 100, at level 10 purchase the upgrade Under My Wing (crusaders in the row in front of Dark Gryphon take 40% less damage) this will help make thalia a lot more survivable. And at level 100 get the upgrade Heart Brimming Bravery (gives a global 15% dps Boost.
Gold Panda - Get her to level 75, the first 3 upgrades each give you 25% bonus gold and the 4th gives you 50%, for a total 125%. IF you do have the oft mentioned talent Passive Criticals get her up to 125 for another 3% increase in critical click chance, if you do purchase it go ahead and get her active ability gold-o-rama. I personally don't do much clicking in this game (I like my mouse to much lol) but it can be useful if your just a few level away from another dps boost in Emo werewolf.
Hope that wasn't terribly confusing, and helped soem what. Good luck on the event.
but not confusing, just odd. again my gear sucks
and new = few weeks of play (if you want ye can look at my playtime)
the two games made by this dev baffle me vs other idle click games..
idk why..
then again realm grinder confused me at first.. just took someone to show me some light and go aaahhhaaa!
right now im using royalty buff and well i can post a screenie of my current party but prolly pretty sad :P
NOTE : you can use mspaint and prtscreen and make an img if you dont want to exit the game just fyi XD
@Kaldire Legendaries refer to legendary items which go into one of three gear slots for each crusader. Just by opening the Silver chest you get from completing areas you should get common and uncommon gear in most slots. The rarity system gpoes Common (White), Uncommon (Green), Rare (Blue), Epic (Purple), and Legenday (Gold). There are also Golden Epics and legendaries which you can purchase occasionally from the store, but generally they are only slightly better than the normal ones and only worth getting if you want to help support the developers.
Edit - Man your quick to reply, sorry it was a bit odd. I would have taken a screenshot but like I said before I have a lot of the crusaders on missions so can't actually show them. Just to be clear and make sure you understand since I saw your comment "no matter what i setup seems the DPS is random as some have gone on missions but some havent.." When you a re doing mission you must select a certain number of crusaders for that mission, the crusaders that you select for that mission are not available to be used while on the mission, meaning that you can not put them in the formation or even look to see what upgrades they can have (quite irritating for me since I had to go to the wiki to look up at what level each crusader got the upgrades one would want to use).
for natalia
i know that while doing missions they cannot be in the lineup
what i mean is
you get the XP 1+ per 5 hrs
that ERASES... each reset
vs the wand one, from doing missions, which stays
i never KNEW the xp one erased.. makes no sense to spend 5+ hrs which i did in 7 days with the same FORMATION
25 rank XP = tons of dps, then reset for event and BOOM back to friggen 0 xp
whhhhyyy
You should definitely wait until tomorrow when the weekend buff rolls out. You'll generally have 3 guys with some type of 'X2 DPS or gold anywhere' effect which helps a lot. This early on, Emo is the best DPS but he usually loses to the latest new guy before that guy hits level 200, so you may have to swap the latest guy with Emo if you get stuck and see if that helps. I think you should hit level 100 before Nate Dragon goes over level 200 anyway, so you might be able to simply just plug in the latest guy in the DPS slot the whole time.
and what is this buff thing?
Unless you're trying to hit an objective, it's not worthwhile to worry about XP this early on. The general strategy for gaining power is to keep playing until you cannot instant kill stuff anymore and then reset in free play. You come out way behind to spend extra time to try to beat a few extra levels until you unlock bonus idols, which is probably equivalent of unlocking tier 4 talents which you're nowhere close to.
so even in freeplay just get to say lvl 100 and STOP?
then repeat over n over?
im lost here
and dang my formation is really suckin as my items do, and the only crew that has EP are formation characters i never use..
Usually every weekend there's an announcement and 3 randomly-chosen crusaders from the default set will be buffed. It'll usualy be something like 'Natalie Dragon now increased all DPS by 100%'.
