Unlocking the true ending (spoilers)

I finally managed to unlock the true ending! What I did was complete all main sidequests (saving Mina, helping the chained up ghost get mad dogs key and collecting my artwork to hand in) and also made sure the counselling room was unlocked before I gave the key away. I then also fetched the password for mad dogs computer but when it came to deciding to cheat for my math grade, I selected no.

Once I got to this area http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=542854266, I proceeded up the stairs and entered the dodgy looking double doors there. I'm unsure if this counts as needing to be done but I talked with the noteman there who revealed heaps of info. Then, back at my homeroom I triggered the ending.

WOAAAHHH IT'S VERY INTERESTING!!! LOOKS LIKE MINA WILL BETHE NEXT MAIN CHARACTER!! I'LL ABSOLUTELY BUY THE SEQUEL~~~ thx for the great game, Devespresso game, any spoiler when the sequel will be out? ;)

nope, Youngho was still traped on the Coma, but you'll see the contiuation after he was brought to the hospital. Mina's probably the next one who will come to The Coma since she kept the pendant...

Oh come on, you mean I can't beat the game if I don't unlock the counseler's office BEFORE I give the key to the student in chains? So now my current save file is completely unwinnable?! THAT is a complete and total pain. I'm right at the end, too.

To Kajin Strife: I know what you mean. I guess you did the same as me? There are 4 save slots, but I consistently overwrote just 1 of them lol
It really paints oneself into a corner. I don't really think it qualifies as a complaint though. To me it qualifies for a second playthrough ;)

I was using all four slots and spreading my saves out about half an hour apart but my oldest save is still an hour past the point where I was rendered no longer capable of winning the game. That's rather vexing if I do say so myself.

I am not 100% sure if you need to enter the office and decline to cheat, it's just what i did to make sure the ending actually triggered. I've run through the game four times now and have maybe one more run left in me, so i can't really be bothered checking.

That was the only thing on the list I didn't do, I think. Loading my save to the point before the game ends states that all grades on my report card are okay. Does the character upload the grades onto the computer there or something?

I did do they quest for the chained student, though. Report card said all my grades were good.

I never did the double doors thing you mentioned with the note man and went back to take a look at it but can't get the doors to open. How'd you get them open?

I'm not sure how I did it, the killer is always up there even after losing her so maybe lead her down the stairs and get back there while shes chasing you. Cant help there sorry.
