Online mixed with Hot-seat?

I'm currently looking in to options that will let me game with my Nephew and maybe his mum online. Is there a way to set up an online player so that they are effectively two players in a hotseat? I see how this is less than optimal, so no worries if it isn't supported (it would probably only be usable on games without hidden information like Dice Hospital or The Networks anyway, because of the risk of seeing an opponents cards)

I have right the same question, and for the very same reason, being quarantined at home because of the Covid-19. It doesn’t look like a difficult question. Couldn’t anybody answer it, please?

Hotseat is not possible but you can run multiple clients on one PC. F.e. one in a browser and one Steam client, or two different browsers. Then one of the users can create room and all other clients join it the same as from different PCs.
