Are the Sakura Games good?

I'm a big fan of Anime, Visual Novels & more.
But actually I see like every month a new game called Sakura.

So I guess they are short, right? Or they are really good?

They're like 3-4 hours. And I wouldn't call them amazing, but they're fun little harem games with lots of fanservice. Newer ones even add in nipples (Sakura Fantasy) and this one has uncensored sex.

Is the game innately uncensored, or did it needs a patch?

The Steam version is censored, but theres also a version on Denpasoft thats uncensored. There is also an officia patch to uncensor the Steam version:
