Some people have apparently had trouble with the patreon patch but I still have the original patch from Denpasoft -

(Remove the brackets I couldn't post the link otherwise.)

There is no japanese voice acting in any patch, to install the patch:

1. Download the .rar
2. Unzip the contents with a program like WinRAR or 7-zip
3.Drag the files into the Game folder in the game directory and allow it to replace the existing ones.

And as always... have a good fap!

You will need Winrar or 7zip to unzip the .Zip archive file. Once you have one of those programs right click the file and select "Open as" and choose whichever one you download. Both are free to use forever, however Winrar will ask you to buy it occasionally. You don't need to though. Hope this helps.
