Bad performances
The game is laggy, it keeps stuttering with framerate oscillating between 40 and 165, any other game runs fine, I can run Crysis Remastered with RTX on stable at 60+ fps, so it's not an issue of a "potato PC".
Does anyone have the same problem?

I am. I am not sure about this but it might be a problem on my end (hidden crypto miner). I have to try reinstalling Windows and report back.
