Talk all NPC still bugged?

Completely forgot about this game until a few days when I notice the date for getting the March the 2nd achievement was coming closer. Wanted to also get that other one about talking to all NPCs, but I did it 2 times back in the day and nothing, it was latter reported by several players it was broken.

Has it being fixxed?

Late reply for OP or anyone else encountering the "Talk to All NPC's' Achievement Bug.

Not Fixed - Never Will Be Whilst being an interesting, creative game, Californium instantly became Abandonware by Devs, after being dumped on Steam, IMHO. They Never replied to a single post to my knowledge, and I'm unaware of any updates or patches, following release. But that doesn't mean you can't fix the 'Bug' yourself.

Essentially, the NPC Bug is related to the generation of an incorrect CHECKSUM by the game
in Windows Registry regarding Chapter 2 values only. The previous Discussion Thread mentioned contains ALL the info, and how to Fix, if you have the computer nerd skillset to properly address it, without breaking your Windows installation. Cheers

Just as a little note: There were three patches after its release on Steam.

Yeah, more than a year later, and I think it´s still broken, since no update has come up since I made this thread.

I´ma still gonna use Achievement Manager and f** it, I refuse to have this simple game not completed due to a stupid bug, already did it 2 times and I was thinking on a 3rd, but it seems it would do nothing.
