You are a guy who lived through the hippy days and you are a sci-fi writer... your daughter Alice died and it WRECKED you. Your wife Thea left you because she couldnt stand being around you anymore.
You start drinking/taking drugs, and then the illusions start kicking in... the tv... The voice in your head which is your ego, you past self who used to be so good at writing new stories, its trying to give you inspiration by showing you parallel worlds...
Except it all backfires because in reality you are just slowly deing until eventually you can hear the paramedics in the last level state your time of death after trying to reviving you.
Its basically a romp through your subconscience, for example Alice the AI in your head in Mars is the 'spirit of your daughter', notice the Theta symbol on all interactive spots refering to your wife 'Thea'. You ascend to a mountain with the 'Theta' symbol when you die, symbolising your love for Thea.
Apparently its all inspired by the writings of some guy, but ultimately its a neat little indie game that perhaps serves as a nice experiment for the devs.
Its been two years but hopefully these devs are still around and doing other things.
