Game Crashes on Launch

Anyone having problems with the game crashing on start-up? I verified the cashe, tried various compatibility modes...nothing. It only works once when I restart the computer, but will crash again when I launch it the second time. My specs: GTX 970, i7 6770K, Windows 10. Anyone else having the same issue?

It does not run for me at all. I got it to run "only once" after restarting my computer, but as soon as I tried the game a second time, it crashed again. I have not been able to get it to run again.

I'm kinda having a similar issue.. Although my game does launch, it crashes right after the introduction cutscene.. All I can do is select the difficulty level, watch the intro and then bye.
I never had this problem with any other games before so I'm curious (and disappointed), if anyone can provide a solution... :/

Well I'm using Windows 7 as well, so this is kinda weird.

Go into

Steaminstalldirectory\steamapps\common\ARSLAN THE WARRIORS OF LEGEND\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

and install/reinstall the files there, both of them, see if that helps on the start crash. if it does not , im afraid i dont have any ideas.

so after the first intro scene the game crashes. I really want to play it and have been for a long time do you guys think there will be a fix or not.

Steam launch the config, after i hit confirm the game icon is on task bar but nothing showing and after a bit it close.

Following your instructions, I first tried to repair these files.. Had to restart my comp' afterwards but it didn't work. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled them, gave it another shot, still no use. I restarted my comp' once again after this, but nope. :c
I'll see what else can be done, but thanks for trying to help !

I guess we can hope for a few fixes yeah ? I mean the game was only released a day ago, so we can still hope for the devs to do something about this, but I'll still be looking for a solution on my own.

I also have an issue with the game crashing after the introduction.
Tried different graphic settings, running on admin, adjusting compatibility and so on
but to no avail :( I'm using Windows 8.1
Being a personal fan of the series, I know I don't want to miss out on this game.
Definitely hope there's a patch for this.
