music?

I noticed under Audio options there is a bar for music, yet there doesn't seem to be any music in game? Am I missing something?

Kind of an insult to gay people, but sure.

It's a different game. You can always turn the music all the way down and listen to your own. I like the rampage music but often for campaign, I listen to the painkiller soundtrack. Seems to fit.
