I'm just going to ignore your first point because it's simply ridiculous. Of course the kill streak is the highest scored bonus, it's hard to keep it going, haha
Parade is one of the simplest levels to get an A+ on, so I'm really surprised you weren't able to get "lucky placed executions" as you put it at least once. Selecting the perfect route will get you 90% there: https://youtu.be/j5UOn0MlP9Q?t=462
That's bad you ignored the point, because the point is: variety reward is SO small, it's doesn't affect the score, you can just ignore it completely. I've tried to A+ first 3 levels with variety kill - didn't succeed, stopped to switch weapons - eventually got highest grade by pure luck.
And if I can't even get A+ on one of the simplest level, then I am unable to A+ Rampage mode at all
If you set enemies on fire, you get a combo multiplier, and if you kill them after you get another. You can get 2x multiplier from 1 enemy by doing this, that's the secret to beating Parade. You have Molotovs and you start right next to a Flamethrower (and about 30 people), just go to town with the flamethrower and then switch weapons and kill them. I remember I had a combo of around 110 when I finished the level.
EDIT: If you really think fire kill abuse doesn't help that much, you are doing it wrong.
You can't use the dictionary meanings of words to justify anything. Some games require you to being extremely lucky and having the developer of the game being on the server, some games require you literally make your first step, in both cases you have to achieve something yet still both cases are complete whack.
Why you protecting that achaievement yet you didn't even achieve it yourself? I was able to get every single achievement except that one, THAT'S why i am complaining.
It's just In Postal Redux i have only one last achievement left with HUGE difficulty spike, that's why it's annoyed me so hard.
And I don't really what you mean by random... Executions aren't the only the only way to prolong your combo, you can set enemies on fire and leave them burning. Once they fully burn out they reset your combo timer and this allows you to traverse the map with more ease. This is really useful on mines.
Also, Hotline Miami isn't the only game with a combo system lel.
