Super Delivery graveyard ending change.

So I just finished a playthrough of Super Delivery and when I went to the end of the graveyard level, the people at the funeral were replaced with corpses of what appeared to be the Dude in different coloured coats.

I haven't seen anyone else talk about it, so I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I got the extermination bonus on every stage if that makes a difference.
