Welcome to the Sharehouse! is an interesting read. I'd recommend it to most romantic-comedy fans with a few caveats.

I enjoyed my time here quite a bit. I genuinely had a smile on my face most of the time reading this. It has a different UI and setup than most visual novels in that it goes back to a scene selection scene between them, you have a phone you can look at for text messages, profiles, etc. and then start your next scene. Time passes between scenes, and the scenes aren't all "big stuff happening" so it can feel like a relationship actually developing in a somewhat more natural manner than your traditional visual novel fare. The biggest downside of this visual novel story-wise is that there is very little story that occurs after the characters enter a relationship, so it is easily 80-90% buildup .

The girls are deeper than I anticipated. The art is gorgeous and there is more of it than I anticipated in a budget title. There's even more BGM and THREE vocal EDs when I honestly expected no vocal tracks at all.

The localization has a decent number of errors in English grammar, typos, etc. as well as some other small issues - most of which I think will get fixed as it has already received 9 patches within just the first few days of release.

For most readers who enjoy rom-coms I'd recommend this, provided you're okay with all-ages (with a few heavy hints at stuff happening off screen and some surprisingly hot CGs anyway), and the spoiler marked information.
