Reset / Delete Save Data

Played around for a bit to get used to the controls - tand then wanted to delete my save.

According to two posts on these forums that can be done by the following:

Use the reset button in the options menu - sound effect but does nothing.
Reinstall the game - No effect.

Going to uninstall and reinstall after deleting the steam folder for this game and double check steam cloud is disabled for this game as well.

I will post back here if that does not fix the "cannot delete save" issue.

Just checked - cloud saves are off, nothing in app data or my documents, steam folder for the game deleted. lets see if that fixed the problem...

Did you find out anything? I need to reset progress because one of my achievements for earlier levels didn't unlock

I have not gone back to it since making the post - When I purchased the game it was dirt cheap so I honestly did not expect much from it.

I may go back to it later but I would be quicker to do your own research in the problem as I have no plans to reinstall the mage anytime soon.

I fixed my save by checking integrity of game files. One was faulty and it had to reacquire it. It saves now.

How do I delet game save data for prehistoric hunt
